If it were up to my husband we would keep cookie batter in the fridge and have them most nights of the week. Sure glad he loves these tahini brownies as much as I do so we can share the pan!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer. Spread into greased 8 x 8 glass pan.
- Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool or eat them warm and gooey.
