Chia seed pudding is so easy to make. It takes less than 5 minutes and is one of my husbands favorite things to eat for dessert. Chia seed pudding delicious, healthy, and it’s a great option for breakfast as well. Since you make it ahead of time, it’s perfect for a breakfast on the go. Top it with fresh fruits, almond butter, nuts, whatever you like!
All you need is:

- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 Tbs chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp honey or agave
Mix all three ingredients together into a bowl until well incorporated. Preferably in a container that can be stored in the refrigerator. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes.

Give the mixture another stir before storing in the fridge. You can portion this out into individual containers, or multiply the recipe and store in a larger container to have on hand. Let chill for several hours or overnight. Top with fruit &/or nuts, or enjoy as is.
